Maida Vale Townhouse
A full renovation of this five storey terraced townhouse in the Maida Vale Conservation Area was completed within a year from start to finish.
The project included all new finishes, smart lighting, custom joinery, Poliform kitchen and new bathrooms in tadelakt. Polished concrete flooring from Lazenby created a seamless integration of inside and outside on the Lower Ground floor, and a partial doubleheight space links the kitchen to the living room above via a void, filled with a modern dropped pendant suspended between the two floors.
