A new-build single storey house, on the edge of Clapham Common, designed around a central atrium, an unexpected feature to find in a London dwelling.
This sunny central area delivers natural light to the surrounding rooms – the study, living room / kitchen and dining room.
The new house sits on the plot of a former building (from the 1980’s) which was not making good use of the site. Therefore demolition of the original building and the design of a new house was the appropriate thing to do.
